In our female self-defense classes, you will learn simple solutions to deal with the violent situations that, unfortunately, are a part of our daily urban life. The world is full of dangerous situations and we would rather be aware of them and know how to handle them. A feeling of helplessness while facing an attacker can be avoided with the right training.
