MNBJJ 7-Year Anniversary. September 8th Special Classes with Carlos Sapao. September 9th Potluck BBQ Party, 11 am Location at Hidden Valley Park (Picnic Area 4).

It has been 7 years since we had a dream of opening a gym where we could not only teach the art of Jiu Jitsu, but create a community where we could share our passion.  We have had so many great people help us along the way and we feel that the group of coaches, front desk staff, students and parents we have at the gym right now are the most positive, supportive and strongest we have ever had.  We are so proud of our MNBJJ Family.

We are excited to celebrate our Anniversary this year with 2 special events:

Friday, September 8th – Junior/Kid Seminar with Carlos Sapao from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Friday, September 8th – Adult/Youth Seminar with Carlos Sapao from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Saturday, September 9th – 7 Year Anniversary Potluck BBQ at 11:00 am, location Hidden Valley Park Picnic Area 4
We will have a Potluck sign up sheet at the front desk

Carlos Sapao Seminars

We are excited to have Carlos teach both a Junior/Kids Seminar as well as an Adult/Youth Seminar.  These seminars are open to all students and levels.  If you haven’t had the opportunity to attend one of Carlos’s seminars we highly recommend that you take advantage.  Each seminar is different as Carlos takes you through innovative techniques, practical self-defence and spiritual enlightenment.  If you have already attended one of his seminars. we know you will be back!  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask Professor Marcio.
