Empowering Women at our MN BJJ Women’s Self Defense Seminar. Upcoming Self Defense Course Starting May 26th, 2024.

We are thrilled to share the remarkable success of MN Brazilian Jiu Jitsu’s Women’s Self Defense Seminar held on May 5th, 2024. It was an empowering event that brought together women from our community to learn essential self-defense techniques in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Led by our amazing coaches, Coach Mitch and Coach Daniele, along with the invaluable contribution from the Krav Maga students, the seminar was an enlightening experience for all attendees. Together, they imparted invaluable knowledge and skills that are crucial for personal safety and empowerment. Their passion for teaching and creating a safe space for learning was evident throughout the seminar, and we are incredibly grateful for their leadership.

We were truly inspired by the enthusiasm and determination displayed by all the women who attended the seminar. Your willingness to learn and empower yourselves is commendable, and we are honored to be part of your journey towards greater confidence and security.

As we continue our mission to promote safety and empowerment, we are excited to announce that MN Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will be starting our 4 and 6-week Self Defense Courses on May 26th, 2024. These courses will be held every Sunday from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, providing an immersive learning experience tailored to equip you with practical self-defense skills.

Whether you are a beginner or have some experience, our self-defense courses offer a supportive and inclusive environment where you can learn, grow, and build confidence. We encourage you to join us on this empowering journey and take the first step towards enhancing your personal safety.
